BLM Accuracy questions

I have 435 accuracy on my BLM and I haven't missed once in Coil 1-4. Seems magic accuracy is different.

I would imagine Macc is applied similarly to how it was in FFXI
In FFXI MAcc and MEva calculated resistance rate. i.e. Fire 4 200 dmg normally, 1/4 resist 150 and 1/2 resist 100. Enfeebles resisted with duration and effect (no effect, half duration or full)
