Question regarding Macro's and using Razer Nostromo

A Naga macro wouldn't work properly. You would get as far as opening the gathering window and then nothing would happen. This is because it won't default to an item without you moving the mouse over it.
If you get a hold of a gamepad, you can combine Xpadder and the Naga macros to get some interesting results.

This isn't exactly accurate. Once you gather once from a node, if you hit the 0 (zero) on the number pad....you can gather the same items repeatedly from the same type of node with just hitting the 0 button. So you can make a macro for a programable button. It would look something like this. 0, to select the node. 0, to open the node...then 0 about 5 or 6 times with a 2 second delay between to gather the last item you gathered by clicking on it.

I sometimes use a macro like this for doing gathering leve's, when my wrist is bothering me from using the keyboard.

edit: Keep in mind however, you can't move your mouse, at all...or it will mess up the macro.
