Bought FFXIV awhile back, just started getting interested in it so here I am. Just created my character on Selbina, starting city Ul'dah, as a Gladiator. I'm completely at a loss as to where to start though, what things should I do first? Right now I've just been killing Star Marmots and monkeying around in the city. Thanks for the help ^.^

P.S. ~ I've been told I should join a linkshell, does anyone know what the largest/most active linkshell is in Selbina?
