Um, I don't think getting around res de-buff is intended. Res-debuff is supposed to teach you to...avoid things, play right, and not DIE.
This bug gets around it and I severly doubt it's intended. Perhaps someone has an official response on this issue?
Not saying I support the use of Medica to remove the debuff, but let's be real...it's really not all that potent of a debuff unless you're getting killed and raised repeatedly.
I'd argue that it's fairly significant in this fight along with Titan. You can see in the video that they're even timing their raises over their voice chat to purposely exploit it to completely negate any risk from conflagrations.
I'm not taking sides on the issue (I'm still looking for a party for turn 1!), but I have to call you out on this: you may be right, you may be wrong, but too many people bring fire and brimstone to the forums concerning what things are "supposed" to do. I'm sorry, unless you were actually on the dev team, or you have a direct line to YoshiP and asked him yourself, you simply don't know what things are "supposed" to do until they make an official statement on it. I may be wrong, but I don't remember hearing any official explanation of the resurrection sickness aside from that it simply is.
Just a comment to further this: if people have to rely on the bug to clear the content, the content shouldn't be in release. SE went retard mode releasing Coil before Crystal Tower, it's as simple as that.

Or maybe there's nothing wrong with the content and those players are simply bad at the game?![]()
If they're simply bad at the game, then I guess everyone is bad at the game, since no one has technically cleared turn 5.
"I'm sorry, unless you were actually on the dev team, or you have a direct line to YoshiP and asked him yourself, you simply don't know what things are "supposed" to do until they make an official statement on it." ~ As to this, I'm sorry, but if I recall correctly it doesn't work unless you use it immediately after you rez them. If you don't, then it doesn't work. There is no information on it ingame as to how this is supposed to work in this way, so its actually a bug. If it is supposed to be dispellable, then Esuna would be able to get rid of it no?

When all is lost,
All is in vain.
When Good and Evil,
Unite in pain.
Rivers of swords must join as one,
Only then shall the spell be undone.
But that's just it, this isn't even the hard part of the fight and it's been cleared without exploits multiple times by countless FCs.
I've seen streams where people die on nodes in turn 2 and exploit this while reaching ADS with 5 clicks left. The chances of them dying would have been greater (as it should be) if they engaged while weakended, but if they stopped to wait for it to wear off they'd run the risk of timing out. Instead, they're able to keep on trucking despite their deaths and receive absolutely no penalty for it. And we all know turn 2 doesn't require any exploits to clear..
