We don't know what changes are coming, but WAR won't be changed to be like PLD.
Meh, but we could guess all day. There's at least 7 changes coming.

Depends what you mean by like PLD. They've said they will make WAR as survivable as PLD is now. Easiest way is give WAR a better CD suite and mitigation that scales.

They can do that and still keep it as a reactive tank. Potency of heals would just have to scale based off incoming DPS.

Either that or they'll go back to the OP parry tank in 1.0 then PLD's will be pi**ed!
