Steps:
We were at the last cannons before entering the MAGITEK VANGUARD F-I Area where CID goes down to blow up the console. I got stuck on an invisble wall right at the bottom of the ramp before entering the area where MAGITEK VANGUARD F-I is.
I waited for them to kill boss with 7 then did /return back to spawn and there I became stuck. I was stuck in the starting instance circle that prevents anyone from running around until duty starts. The Spawn Circle. Here is a video showing what it looked like.
