You see there is a bit of disconnect for me there. I take the real world a lot more serious than my virtual world. Lets say you sell your house (your real life house). A buy comes and purchases it. You get the check and deposit it. Yay you sold your house, brought a boat and sailed off into the sea. Three weeks later it turns out it turns out a Drug Dealer brought your old house. The House is frozen and now belongs to the government and all the Drug Dealer's money is frozen as well!

You keep your money, you keep your boat and you remain unaffected (well you can tell people on your boat you sold your old house to a drug dealer).
