If would please add this post to the replies of your "ALL relic quest progress lost..." thread in the 'Accepted Bugs' forum please. I wasn't able to reply directly in that thread for some reason, no privileges to post or reply the site told me.

It's very late and after many attempts at titan hard mode the party calls it a night. I've been through it a bunch so being near 4am in the morning I hastily click to abandon the duty for titan and noticed afterwards what I had done. My heart sank

It shouldn't be so easy to discard such an epic and lengthy quest. I worked so hard for the gil, for the fights, learning the strats, getting people together myself for parties, the countless wipes, all for the progress I've now lost. I really hope people in the same position, including myself, can be restored to the prior point in quest before deletion as this is a very sad night for me.

I also had this happen while trying to exit the Chimera Instance. The submitted melded weapon and quest progress were lost. I hope that the other players and I having this happen can be helped.

yep yep - same except I didn't abandon the quest - was at Hydra, party had wiped. Left party and then logged out and the quest A Relic Reborn had disappeared. So having to start over again, yet still have my unfinished Stardust Rod - here's my post and an image showing me equipped with my unfinished rod thats partially spiritbonded and what the quest is now telling me to do

To a certain extent im happy im not the only one going through this, at least if there's more people the problem will be voiced and hopefully solved.

I noticed it yesterday (10/07/13) after coming out of a CM run at about 11:10 PM EST. There was nothing unusual about the run we just finished, got out 100 tomes, left the duty, and 10 min after i re queued i looked to the side and freaked out. It was no where to be found, not even in the journal. So i lost my progress and the two key items i had on me (‘White-Hot Ember‘ and the ‘Howling Gale‘). PLEASE HELP!!!

If Square Enix is reading this, please help us out, we're big fans.

I had the same issue nlast thursday night, beat titan then went and turned it and it started the quest over from the very beginning. was quite furious when support said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it. I had to spend the whole weekend doing entire relic quest over again. was such an unnecessary issue.
