100% Crash when attempting to view a player's Search Info with certain steps

Steps:
1. While in a Party
2. Left click the name of any (human) party member in the party list to select them
3. Right Click the selected party member's target bar
4. (With the target bar menu still open) Right click the selected party member in the Party List
5. Select "View Search Info"
6. The game will crash

I've reproduced this a little over half a dozen times in Quarrymill and Halatali. It's similar to other reports, but they were determined to be lacking information or resolved.
