    materia melding question..

    was trying to meld gathers guile III to my lvl 50 bot ..

    it said my item level was too low..how is that possible? its a level 50 item?

    All items have stat caps. The stat cap is based on the item slot and item level. It says the item level is too low because that item is near, or has reached, that particular stat cap for that iLvl+slot.
