    Someone is currently logged onto my character

    My account password was changed when I tried to log on today, so I changed it to get access back. When I checked my character, it's current class a level 13 miner, which I have never changed to. I tried to log onto my character it says I am currently logged in and to give it a few seconds and try again. I have been trying for an hour with the same message and I just want to kick him off my character to stop anymore damage from being done. Why doesn't the game boot him off once I log onto my account from another computer?

    At this point your character is probably being used to bot farm and has likely been reported many times over. Good luck, you're gonna need it.

    Does anyone know a way to contact SE to get him off my character tonight, so I won't have to wait a week to hear back from them?
