BUG: Embrace pet action only works on party members

Repro Steps:

• Target a player who is not in your group.
• Cast Embrace.
• The spell casts, but heals the pet instead of the intended target.

Expected Behavior
Embrace is a directed heal and it doesn't make sense for it not to work outside of a party like any other directed heal spell.

If the Square developers insist that it's not intended for Embrace to work outside of a party, two things need to happen.

• An error message should be displayed instead of the current behavior -- casting the spell on the wrong target.
• The tooltip for Embrace (both the Eos and Serene versions) needs to be updated and mention the party-only limitation.
