Moonfire Faire NPC's are not present.

A couple days ago I logged into my legacy character to find that the NPCs to turn in my wet bombard ash to have disappeared. I checked the Lodestone and it looks like the event is still ongoing. So I logged in periodically over the last few days to check if the issue was resolved, assuming it would be temporary. However, it's looking more and more like this is a more serious issue than I thought, and I see in the 'Accepted Bugs' Forum that other people are also having this trouble. I haven't been able to finish up the event due to more important life events, but I'd like to complete it before it's too late.
