That pattern explodes middle, then the 2nd group of rocks that came down, then the 3rd group so you run to 3rd group first in the middle, wait for landslide and run to middle when that row explodes.

It gets better. I hated it at first, but now? More predictable and controlled than Garuda. Odd tip....turn the awesome music down. First few wins it got me excited and freaked me out.
I hate Titan
I wouldn't go as far as hating Titan but he does seam OTT hard that most DF groups can't touch him and the guy seams to hate me as much as Ifrit as he seams to want to constantly kill me. Don't mind Garuda trying to kill me as I get a nice view as I die :-D
I need to point out that this doesn't make Titan impossible, but it does make it far more difficult than necessary. Having (still playable) latency just means you need to minimise risk far more meticulously. One time I did Titan, I got knocked off due to a landslide in phase 5 because I thought I could move forward rather than back and evade it in time, but because of latency I got knocked off two seconds after I was completely out of the aoe. But it wasn't all because of latency, I could have moved in another direction rather than the one I chose and have been completely safe. You just need to think of it as this: "If I have lag, I can't do x the normal way I would, maybe doing y instead will help me". As an Australian player who has to constantly deal with latency in every MMO, I really sympathise people's situation. It's doable, you just have to try your best.
My co whipped his ass proper (I did quote after the fight that HE LOOKS LIKE A BIG TURD!)
Also- to Lafarion "You Smart ass!" ha ha
Titan is the most fun boss in the game imo. Warm up your fingers before entering, move before he does his aoe, learn the rotation.
It is about learning the rotation of his attacks. Phase 5 is where he is hardest because a lot of the time in DF you don't get a lot of good DPS to push heart to the next phase; a lot of the time you don't get a lot of practice on it compared to the first phases.
Fun!? I know it is your opinion, but I have other things to do in my life. I like to see progress in something that pretty much adds no value to my life. If I am frustrated at something that is for pure entertainment, then it is unhealthy. Titan's fight is nothing but a time sink (in reality all games are like that, but if it makes you feel like it then there is a problem).
Should I be scared?

Titan is for now the most entertaining battle of the game!
If you just want to win always, you can fight lv1 Little Ladybugs.
Losing is not frustrating, it just pushes you to fight again, and again, to improve and get stronger to beat the boss
I love to beat a boss after trying it several times, I hate winning at the first try, it's kinda boring, like "Well, I won. Then? Oh, loot. Great.", while when I win after losing for days it's all like "OH GOD DAYUM I WON THIS IS SO FREAKING AWESOME", even the loot is better when you take down an enemy after losing to him![]()
