Steps:

My full party went into the Dhrome Chimera battlefield and beat Dhrome Chimera. I was hit with error code 90000 near 5 to 10% of its health remaining. When I got back on (about 10 to 15 second delay), I was kicked from the battlefield and arrived back where I was draw-in from with no win credit and no Alumina salts. My party members all got win, quest credit and the Alumina salts.

If you were out at the time of the kill you simply need to redo it. The game won't know if it was a win or a fail while you were out and I don't think this is going to change. You could simply enter and logout to leech a win otherwise.
