Teleport Mining Bot

It's not even like that. SE can easily set up an auto-detect, and have GM check out those who flag it. It's not like these bots can evade GMs, they're bot, they teleport around every 3-4 second. If emulated WoW servers can do it, so can a multi-billion dollars company. I don't want a punishment system, I want a preventive system. Why won't SE implement little changes that can greatly discourage cheating??

Well in V2.0 (I don't know if this existed during V1) they should have expected the script kiddies would do this... why they've let it go on for at least three weeks, who knows why. I quit V1 because of the RMT/bots and that was a month in. I already canceled my sub when I saw nothing was being done about the RMT here, but I reserve the right to change my mind should I see something done (eg bots actually being banned, not persisting perpetually.)

This is the prime reason I've quit MMORPG's in the past, was the rampant cheating. (My youtube channel is like 25% reporting cheaters from various games, not just this one) after seeing jack-**** happen to cheats in other games I just walked away from them. I've had people (both whom I've accused of cheating and who knows them in those games basically accuse me trying to be the game's police and just laugh at how long they've been getting away with it.) Slaps on the wrists and they go right back to it.

And I don't think these game companies are aware that having not enough staff to actually manage the RMT problem is simply discouraging people from wanting to play. I don't seriously expect the problem to be solved at launch, but I did expect the bots to disappear in an hour, not ... never.

But alas, this problem seems incredibly rampant in Japanese and Korean RPG's, this is really frustrating to the point that I just don't want to continue playing them if I don't see any change by the next patch. I don't play Western RPG's because they're butt ugly, so I don't know if WoW and clones have the same problem.
