Teleport Mining Bot

I see these teleport mining bot everythime I go mine, and every time, I report them, but it seems nothing is being done about it. Botters, I've reported are still there, appearing and disappearing from nodes to nodes. I feel as if nothing is being done about it. Can I get a "We're looking into it" or some other assurance?

18 days and counting, same bots, same place.

I mean how hard or time consuming would it be for a GM to pop next the person, see him teleporting around, bam! ban. It would take me like 10 sec (at the most) to confirm if someone is teleport mining. This issue needed to be addressed 20 days ago. Hurry the hell up SE; this concern is destroying the longivity of the game.
