Chat bugs in Quarrymill

Greetings, I am posting here as I am curious if anyone else has run into this problem.

For the past two days I've been trying to find a Fate Group to get some levels in Quarrymill. This, however, has become quite the daunting task as I've been unsuccessful in finding a group due to my shouts/tells not being able to be read.

I've tried Saying, Yelling, Shouting, Telling, all have gotten no responses, and I've been unable to see anybody else Shouting, Saying, Telling. I've confirmed this with a friend who is also unable to see anybody else talking in chat.

There are a lot of people in Quarrymill as usual, I've just been unable to see chat. I've relogged numerous times, teleported out and in, messed with my chat settings and there's been no fix. I've gone to other zones, and this seems to be the only place I'm having these issues.

Just curious if anyone else is having this issue.

Edit: Finally got into a group after having to manually tell a bunch of different people before one actually went through and I was able to get a response. I've also been able to see one shout, so it seems only some people can get through/see tells. The group I joined can also confirm that they have not been able to see shouts.
