OVER 90C? WOW thats hot. That temp could melt your CPU if not completely damage it; and thats why your comp is freezing, its trying to not damage the CPU. You need a dedicated heatsink; if not watercooling. That case is just not nice to your CPU.
I have a Haf-X case from Coolermaster. They have lower versions of this case as well that are good airflow cases. Silverstone makes good airflow cases as well.
Obei, I am going to recommend the best stuff at a good price for you; the Antec cases are made of a lot of plastic and don't hold up as well as aluminum cases. (I have seen a lot of complaints about Antec cases in general, but that's my opinion)
Seriously consider these as choices:
Cases:
Coolermaster
HAF 922 http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/prod...roduct_id=2919
HAF 932 http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/prod...roduct_id=3037
(If you have the money to splurge
HAF X http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/prod...roduct_id=2988
Silverstone
FT02: http://www.silverstonetek.com/produc...pno=FT02&area=
Heatsinks:
Noctua NH-U12-P; leads the market fairly well as a active air heatsink, DH14 is for a case like the HAF X since its huge.
And that thermal compound: Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound to secure you CPU to the mobo
The HAF 922 and HAF 932 are reasonably priced cases and standards as good air cooling cases; the HAF X is for enthuisasts who want 4GFX cards in their case. The Silverstone case also has high marks on airflow.
I seriously recommend a noctua heatsink, if out of price range, look at coolermaster.
All this stuff can be found on newegg, throw that into google.
