AHH! Captain is right; get a better PSU if not at least 750W. Check out Corsair, I have a 1000W unit of theirs.

yeah, fans are blowing the right way

i cut a whole in the bottom front of my case and put a fan in there, it blows fresh air into the bottom front, I have a fan positioned at the side blowing air on the cpu/graphics, angled slightly so it blows air on them but also moving air towards the fan at rear, which is at the stock position under the power supply

here i made up a really bad drawing

i tried running the prime95 and it ran for a few minutes then my pc froze and i had to reboot

like i said, ive been running fine on this setup for a while now, save a lil problem here or there, but I definitly have been running smooth for the last few months, until yesterday, and I havent changed anything, last update I did was 4-25-11, and that was just a windows update, but no problems till yesterday

You have exhausted my knowledge, I feel as though the first core on your cpu is taking a beating; download Real Temp, and measure how hot your first and second cores get while playing.

If Prime95 is freezing your comp, I am not sure what to do about that, as I have never used it.

Heat is definitely an issue with the setup as captain pointed out. Measure the temps though.
