    Locked out of my other account for the weekend

    I have my Main account that I am currently having issues because my security token was on my smart phone that fell in water.


    I got a new phone but had no idea of the emergency password so one was not set up. Do I basically have to wait til monday to get support on this?... I work late nights and only have weekends off so if I could get some type of help would be great.

    I didn't get home until after 6pm pst

    pretty much saddens me that they don't believe if customer support on weekend s on stuff they charge subscriptions for.
