    Please check. Couldn't do this quest. I tried when I'm level 19. Now I'm level 36 still can't do this quest

    In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and there are templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once we you can provide such information, we can move forward and resolve this issue.
