Free Company Buffs - Officer - auto removal after Instance

Hello,

I believe I have found a bug.

When a FC leader sets a buff, and an officer goes into a instance.
just after that officer exits the instance, there is a message that says
"<t> disabled <x> buff for free company"

This has now happened twice for me, and I cannot tell if it just disables it for me
or for the whole FC.
Im sure this will create issues later and blame. Buffs should stay after a FC leaves an instance.
