Tough Crowd <TUFF> is a rank 5 leveling and endgame free company on the Adamantoise server. We are a small group as an FC currently, but have built a large (80+) LS under our name.
That allows us to keep a rather small and dedicated member base, but never lack for conversation or party members for a quick Duty. It also gives us members in every TZ.
We have full Mumble support, as well as our own website, with full forum support

So i'm looking for a casual group of players, and this one sounds like what i'd be interested in.

I'm from UK, so not sure if you have anyone playing in that timezone. I'm a moderately skilled gamer on the casual side of things now, ie i'm not the best and will make mistakes for instance last night doing Brayflox Longstop for the first time, the team wiped out 4 times before completion which for me was pretty embarrassing as a WHM.

I've just started playing FF for a few days, but i've played some offline FF before obviously along with FF11 which was a long process before i gave up haha. This also means my gear is totally substandard, which probably led to my demise as described above.

I have played WOW for a bit, though that got boring. I come from an FPS background in my younger days when my reflexes and accuracy were a bit sharper

My main poison is EVE online, of which i still go back to if anything to keep sharp and it pulls me away and back into it at times, but right now i'm currently on a break from it.

It's great to indulge in game so deep, meaningful, intricate, complicated, harsh and beautiful at the same time such as EVE, but sometimes i just want to watch Fast & Furious.

If you don't mind the occasional inactivity, i'd like to apply for tryouts (if there are any).

Will pm you in game, but i thought i'd say something here so i don't appear like a total random.

Great to see you are interested. First step really is just to get in touch with me in game (/t Yosh Maken). I'd invite you straight away into our big linkshell and then we can chat it up and get to know each others play styles (discuss TZ issues, things like that). Then all there is to do is put in an app on the enjin site and you'd be good to go.

I'm not sure if you were the one who messaged me in game during a chimera run, but I lost that person's name in the chat log so whoever that was please shoot me a tell again and we can chat!

Yes i did send you a /tell and it did say you were on active duty. Will send another tonight or a mail, however that works.

I think i decided to do this after dying over and over and over while trying to do the the titan primal.... still can't beat the guy. Is he supposed to be this hard in normal mode? i just feel like a total pleb after going through 2 parties and disbanding after a good few tries. Which means this is the first time I've never not completed an instance on the first run... or 2nd....

This is the first time parties have disbanded doing an instance, though massive credit to them for giving it a good go. I think about 70% of those fights were lost in my error, so i gotta thank them really for putting up with me haha. I think i should have done more reading on titan before actually doing it for the first few times, but i think now i know what to do.
