Legacy Collectors Edition 1.0 - Not Anymore?! wtf

Where do I go for "Chat Support"?! Or better yet how do I fix this as quickly as possible?

Rough history of what has been happening to me:

    1. Bought CE way back during initial release of 1.0 with local friend from same store on same day
    2. Proceeded to play wonderfully, payments with Crysta, etc. during original 1.0 game
    3. Payed up long enough to obtain Legacy status (even before it being announced)
    4. Even declined an offer to be in the credits (idk would that have helped my current situation? lol)
    5. Tested most of the beta events for ARR, very excited, etc.
    6. ARR official release!! yay

    7. Friends from 1.0 celebrate in-game item mail, the first of which I received late which I assumed was normal.
    8. Friends from 1.0 received CE mail including mount and other goodies, I did not and thought I would eventually
    9. Couple weeks pass and still no mail for CE items...
    10. Submit in-game ticket bug report, no answer for about a week.
    11. Ask Linkshell for advice and suggestion was a ticket (which I had one open)
    12. Thinking it may have been missed in the heavy traffic or deleted during the purging event I noticed alerts for I submitted another in-game ticket, no answer again.
    13. Some time passes and I decide to submit website-based support ticket with the following:

    My Submission:
(Can't seem to find a ticket history anywhere on this support page but described situation above)

    SE Response:
"We apologize for any confusion regarding this matter however after reviewing the account in question, the only FINAL FANTASY XIV registration code tied to this account is a buddy pass code which does not entitle the user to Collectors Edition bonuses for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. Unfortunately, if you still have your FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 1.0 Collectors Edition code, you cannot register it to an existing Windows PC FINAL FANTASY XIV service account. The only option to upgrade an existing account to a Collector's Edition account would be to purchase the Digital Upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause."

    My Response:
"Hello again, I am not sure how this appears on your end but my account allows me full access to the game, is that even possible on a buddy pass? I have never made an online purchase to upgrade an account past that point, I have always had collector's status prior to the new version. My account is "Nikonix" with character "Crash Override" and registration code of "XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX". Please can I have this resolved, I have always owned collector's and have been registered as such since day 1, I even still use the CE security token!"

    SE Response:
"Unfortunately the SQUARE ENIX Support Center cannot assist with this issue via email. In order to further assist you, we will need you to contact us via phone or chat, and the SQUARE ENIX Support Center will be happy to assist you.

    Chat Support <Toll Free>
To contact our Chat Support Team, please return to the SQUARE ENIX Support Center website and create a new ticket for your issue. Select the "Chat Support" option, and this will connect you directly to an agent that will be able to assist you."

    My Response:
"Well I have been an hour now trying to find this section you are talking about... Please send me a link to the Canadian (NA seems to want credit card and state/region!) where I may "Open a Ticket" and select a "Chat Support" option. I am certainly not calling long distance to be dealt with the way this feels that I am!"

Got another response through my ticket concerning this matter. It can be considered rather embarrassing for a company I have always held in high regard and quite obviously have paid quite a chunk of money to in monthly fees. To highlight, Legacy status requires that I had at least purchased 3 months of game time prior to ARR release...

This is my FFXIV game box!

Hopefully this can be of some use to the tech support section. This is the game I bought! Not a Buddy Pass, not A Realm Reborn, FFXIV Collectors Edition!!!

I am the friend who bought the collectors edition at the exact same time as Nikonix. I can verify that he indeed does have the collectors edition, and that he should be getting his collector edition items.

My roommate also bought the Collector's Edition for 1.0. He and I both remember Square-Enix SPECIFICALLY stating that anyone who purchased the CE for 1.0 should be receiving the 2.0 CE in-game items. But yeah, same problem... he didn't receive anything, either. I swear Square-Enix is going to be infamous for bad customer support very soon... but unless their sales start dropping from bad customer support, they aren't going to change anything about it.

Anyways by a slim chance you used your buddy pass code instead of the regular code? Cause if you use buddy pass it has everything normal game has and once you subscribe it unlocks everything as if it were standard edition of the game.

Well I have never used a buddy pass that I know of, my account clearly stated collectors edition prior to ARR release.
