I want to be able to have a list of executable commands, and in the end of the macro have it trigger a different macro.
Is this possible?

No, allowing this would likely open up a whole new world of exploits. I can think of many good uses for something like that, but I can think of more bad uses.
I see.
Well, is there a macro to circumvent having to click Synthesize after every item I create?
Im trying to craft large stacks of items, and clicking Synthesize 100 times is a bit, bleh :P
I don't know about a macro for it, but there is the bulk synthesis option. It depends, though, on whether you're synthesizing those 100 items for experience or because you need the result as an ingredient for something else you want to make. Bulk synthesis takes the tedium out of it and is slightly faster, but you get significantly less XP and it seems like a lower chance of high quality results (though I'm not certain of the later).
