If you have a particular regional levequest and you don't complete it before the next reset, but you are offered it again, then you can complete it twice in one reset. You just have to go back to the counter to accept it again after completing it the first time. People who don't have the time to complete all 8 leves every 36-hours (like me) often like it when this happens on the high SP leves, since you can get a lot of SP in a short time by running the same high SP leve twice in a party.
