So... The first crafting class I levelled to 50 was Alchemy.

As of right now, it feels like all of the potions (which is a large part of what Alchemy is based around) I can craft are worthless.

It's not even that they sell for small amounts, though, it's that the mats to craft them are ridiculous.

For instance, Hi-Elixirs. They are currently selling for 200g each on my server, because players get them from chests/quest rewards and never actually use them.

I can craft them.

It costs me 9 Lime Sulphurs to make 3 of them.

9 Lime Sulphurs is the same it takes me to make the Alkalurops, the iLevel 70 white mage staff. 9 Lime Sulphurs are approximately 450,000 gil at the moment.

...What? Who came up with that?

Anyone know if there's any plans to either make potions more valuable, or to alter the crafting requirements for them? Or should I start levelling another crafting class?
