I used to farm Fleece to sell ...now it's not possible. Too many botters and the botters are faster than I am so I can't get a kill

if you are making the video about the leves that spawn sheep, then you are missing the pointI'm going to upload a video soon showing me getting a stack of fleece in an extremely short amount of time without camping a single thing. Camping and competing with RMT is not the only way to get fleece. It's a really bad and inferior way even if you had the camp all to yourself. Leves, people.

I don't see fleece bots in the Highlands on Coeurl...
Here's a suggestion for Fleece Hunters: Run Levequests that summon Ornery Karakuls.

It is not. There are at least 8 up near dragonhead, 4 on each side. Then down on the east side of the observatorum there are 7.
So that's 15 total. Usually about 4 camps although some people sit on a single spawn point >.>
You could always farm snurble tufts, sell, and buy fleece. Pretty even trade at least on my server - since tufts are much easier/faster to get.

I'm still a little confused as to why there are so few mobs in the games open world in general. Especially when it comes to the types that are significant to a crafts basic material. Tons of mobs that aren't very important (e.g. vultures/slugs/etc) but very few worthwhile ones.

There is a leve in Coerthas where one Karakul spawn after the other. They drop Fleece. It is also the second leve where you can get Pudding Flesh.
In 1.0 there was the normal Fleece and Karakul Fleece (black Fleece). The normal Fleece dropped only 1 sheep in the whole world. But it was possible to craft Fleece from Sheep Skin with a lv40+ Leatherworker recipe.

many of us know all about the Leves for the fleece..however the drop rate on those are just as small as the non leves sheep. Furthermore, many of us reserve the leves for crafting as it is an extremely fast and cheap way to lvl your craftI'm going to upload a video soon showing me getting a stack of fleece in an extremely short amount of time without camping a single thing. Once I hit 50 I will do combat leves for the possible chance of getting about 6 pieces. In the meantime, I will continue to do the linen crafting leves to get me to 50 and bypassing the fleece all together.
Remember, this thread isn't about how hard it is to get fleece or where to get fleece. The thread is about combating the issues with the new and improved bots they have and the issues that the same bots are still around 4 days later after many people reported them.

the karakul are sorta like banemites where there's a subset of them that are slightly higher level and those are the ones that drop it.
They honestly should just put back the 2 sheepskin gets a handful of fleece leatherworker recipe again
or better yet just do something about the incredibly hardcore level of RMT botting going on

Boycott the fleece!
