My temporary fix to packet loss/lag.

Like so many of you,I have experienced so much lag in the last week.Healing dungeons was next to impossible with so many screen freezes for 1-5 seconds at a time.I got to the point where I just wanted to quit.

After a lot of research and tests (wireshark and tracert), it occured to me that this was a problem that most likely would have no quick fix.(My theory in part is throttling by TWC).Anyway,I decided to try something that was never even needed in the past and made me skeptical of it's potential results.This would be a VPN,such as Wtfast.

Much to my surprise,there is a free 30 day trial.From the start of the download to full setup took about 4 minutes.Just install,select the game and let it automatically choose the server you connect to.I healed several dungeons last night and the gameplay was seamless.I hope the issues with ISPs get worked out within my free trial though!I hope this helps some of you out!Have fun!
