Sources of tomes

What are the sources of the tomes you trade in for end game gear? I'm level 46 at the moment and noticed I have 55 of one kind, can't remember which and I'm not sure I remember how I obtained them

Starting with Stone Vigil and higher, all dungeon bosses will begin awarding Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy.

End game dungeons and hard mode primals give tomes. The entry level end game dungeons like Wanderer's Palace give small amounts of philosophy tomes. CM gives 100 on completion, as does the final story dungeon (Prae).

Ampador Keep gives both Philo and Myth tomes, Hard Mode primals give Myth tomes.
