    Account Suspended?

    I just tried logging in my account from a friend's house yesterday and they suspended my account (temporarily)

    I did NOT get any email from Square Enix regarding this which I am suppose to have so based on this: http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...aqtop&c=2&sc=0

    I had to change my password but when I changed my password, for some reason it kept on saying ID or Password is Incorrect.. (I made my password as simple as possible and it said "Password changed succesfully" so its highly unlikely I am doing a typo)

    It is not my fault if the system is faulty furthermore I can NOT contact support directly due to the fact that I can NOT log in my account.

    I am slowly getting frustrated over this since I've been doing this for an hour already

    Any suggestions?

    My friend is in same boat as you.
    He's been suspended for about 20 days now I believe, and has yet to recieve any word from SE about the suspension, or from the 3 tickets he sent in to support.

    He used his old 1.0 account, so when his free time came to an end, he went away for a couple of days before coming back to the game. But when he tried to reactivate, his account was suspended.
    He only played 1.0 for about a month before the servers got closed down, and his highest ARR character is about lv 38.


    You're not able to log in on the support page, to submit a ticket right?
    In that case, you could attempt another password change if possible, or hope to get help from SE on theese boards, wich is not easy to get either...

    What about live chat support? Does that require you to log in aswell?

    Welcome to the club and I'm sorry -- you have a long road ahead of you. My sister/our FC Master has been trying to get her account back for about 20 days, as well. You need to call them; they totally disregard online tickets anyway.

    They will suspend your account if you log in from another ip address. If you have a security token they won't so this.

    Same thing here, i have change my password as asked, and after more than 10 try with good account and password and captcha security and of courses my security token, because i have one...it's works...ouf.....

    This is strange because I have played the game from two different locations without being suspended. And I don't have a token.

    On the other hand, the second location is where I applied my PS3 code and I only play on PS3 there, while I play on PC at home.

    Having used two different ISPs as well as a proxy server during the time one ISP was throttling P2P, I can say for certain logging in from multiple IPs does not automatically cause this.

    it ultimately depends on the IP range provided to the isp's.

    I play from home and work, 20 min. away from each other, get home this morning and says account temp. suspended, go to email and follow instructions to change pw. I did that and was able to log in fine and account is fine, so what is up with this? Ran my malaware and virus scan and no problems found.
