Status of Crafting on Server

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to ask if people have run into a surplus or lack of a specific DoH on Malboro? Or, is there a class that seems more "fun" than the others? I have taken Armorer up to 20 just to convert materia, but I am looking to get into crafting for fun now. I am not looking for the most profitable class, but maybe the most useful and fun. I just want to feel like the goods I craft are useful to others, even if they are not the most profitable.

Cooking. Not super profitable, but good food is always usefull, especially to hit min ACC for Coil.

I started leveling all the DoL/DoH at the same time and experimented on the week-end

DoL
My favorite DoL is botanist and miners because I can always get some crafting materials while queuing for dungeon
Fishing is ok but you get so many different kind and it does not say where to go, no location ability...

I try to level up everything equally to lv 8 then to lv 11 then 15, from there I will choose one to focus on
but so far I like leather worker, carpenter and armorer the most because I can "see" what I can create and I can make my own tool/gear for the DoH so maybe I won't need to buy anything
I dislike cooking because it need so many kind of materials every time and many of them are a bit annoying to farm
