This seems like a good place to ask, I didn't wanna make a new thread(how dare I) But are there no mobs higher then lv 49 anywhere? I was running around trying to lv my choco with my 50war and I was only able to find lots of lv 49 spots. Also if there are no lv 50s, where is the most concentrated areas where there are lv 49s? The best I've seen is in beastman strongholds, and really with just me and my other 2 friends + chocos, we clear everything out and have to either wait for mobs to spawn, or walk a little bit to another section where mobs are, and either one takes time, I was just hoping there was a better place to make this more efficient.

I think dungeons should be brought inline with fates before world mobs are. Buffing worlds mobs will just increase the effectiveness of fates.

E.g. say they made world mobs five +500% exp from where they are now....

IN fate trains now, when I'm tagging stuff, I pull any world mobs near by into the zerg fest so we can get an extra 100+ exp per mob I pull in, I reckon that doing this 20-50 gave me at least an extra 500,000 exp. If world mobs got buffed a lot Dark Devices would be giving out 500,000+ exp instead of the 50k to 200,000 it does now.

You would indrectly make fates a bigger problem than they are now.

Dungeons are pretty much the new "xp party" spots if you think about it. Imo, the xp gains on them do need to be raised a little.

I pretty much have no enthusiasm for starting an alt class now because I don't want to be doing mindless FATE zerging, I guess I can choose not to, but effort to reward ratio is just too good...

Contrast this to FFXI where I actually looked forward to leveling an alt job, had gear I've been saving for months ready to go and actually enjoyed camps with skillchains and optimal play was rewarded with a high exp/hour rate.

But button mash my way to 50 again? Hell no - once my endgame gets too boring I'm probably done till they fix the 1-50 grind.

Sorry for the necro. Curious if any of the people who posted here are still around and have tried Eureka. How close is it to what you wanted?

Fates scale to the players in zone. Most jobs should be able to solo them if the zone is as dead as the OP is indicating. Additionally with the jobs that start at lv 1 they have a hunting log that is literally heaps of free exp with hardly any time or effort after getting attuned to aetherytes with your first job which is going to get a good amount of exp just by doing the MSQ.

As for Eureka. As it is now its mostly a fate train. The only difference is these fates are on timers and are force popped by players killing specific enemies.

Death penalty really isn't a thing with all the people in zone that can raise unless you happen to die off someplace on your own away from everyone.
