    Help please

    Hi,
    i goth 2 friends that bought the game in the store and they had a 18 digit code.
    they putted that on the pre order website to geth there 20 digit code.
    but the 20 digit code when they put that in it keeps saying invalid.
    does some 1 know how to fix it the bought the game yesterday.

    Are they entering the letters in all caps? The code is case sensitive. It cannot be pasted either.
