Haircuts is pointless you dont grow hair in any MMORPG. Unless you want to change it on style or get bald we need hairchange. But if you want to get longer hair you need HairAttach.

It's not just high level stuff (though that may be more of an issue just by using it longer). There are a few unique items at low levels that are undyeable as well. I wish I could dye the level 5 Custom-made Robe of Casting I got for my Thaumaturge class.

What about crafted gear? Is that all dyeable? (What I've seen so far is, but my highest level is only 18.) If you can't dye your best gear and don't like its color, maybe try finding something that's comparable in stats but can be dyed.

Yes please, the PLD AF2 while it looks nice is blue, and I hate blue! In the least let me change that color, the white and silver look fine!

Nah, it all needs to be allowed to change, especially when everything while you're leveling can be dyed but you only keep it for a few hours/levels if even that; but then you get to endgame where you wear the same set of gear for weeks/months at a time or longer and where it should matter most, everyone looks identical!
