I'm not following you. Are you or are you not gathering while in the queue. If yes then the rest bonus is dimishing while gathering. If not, (you have a full rest bonus just before entering dungeon) and it disappears upon entering, then it is a bug. Report on bug forum, end of story.

Rested XP only diminishes when your current class is receiving XP. Level 50 classes do not gain any XP, since they've reached the current level cap. But, from what understood from your post, the rested XP appears to be cleared when you switch back to the class you've entered the queue with.

If that's the case, then I would seem that you've found a bug. You should file a bug report so that SE can investigate the case of the problem and fix it.

Nothing to add here except next time you make a thread, you may want to title it something usual, something that helps explain your question/concern. As it is, it makes you seems like an entitled brat. Are you also one of those people that instantly start yelling at someone in customer service before they can even start to help you?

If rested exp is seriously enough to make you quit then the issue doesn't seem to lie with SE. They reserve the 'right' to do whatever they want with this game considering they own all rights to it. If they wanted to drive this game into the ground or delete all classes and decided that this should be FFXIV: Onion Knight Reborn, they, in all rights, could.

As far as your question goes, if it is an actual bug then General Discussion is not the proper place for it and for your sake will probably never get fixed if the only place it can be found is the pool of hate that is General Discussion
