Request: Legacy 1.0 Players

Without saying too much. The conditions for Legacy status were spelled out very clearly and plenty of time was given to achieve it. They are not, will not, and should not give it to anyone who did not meet those conditions, because if they didn't, it indicates tehy were not supporting the game in its time of peril and thus didn't earn the reward for doing so.

Like I said, I know it was spelled out clearly, and I should have taken the opportunity when it was offered, it would just be nice if there was a second opportunity for anyone whom did support the game early on (not just through a three month sub).

Hmm. Good idea but i think its to late to say that now. Im legacy myself, to say it with other words the game have been out pretty long now and the beta is finished now and all this. Legacy status is a way SE says thank you for subscribing to us... So yeah i dont think this will happend.

Alpha and beta tester had nothing to do with Legacy. The only condition was 3 month payment (the first subscribing month started at january 2012)

It is like with the current veteran bonuses. You don't get the veteran mount if you don't pay at least 3 months

Explain to us how supporting a game once they fixed everything was during its "time of peril"?

The only requirement for legacy was to buy the game (cheap at that point), and to pay for 3 months up front. To get legacy you didn't even have to play. You could literally just go to your account, pay, and never even log in. Boom, legacy.

But the people who played since the very beginning, who actually dished out a LOT of money on preorders and stuff? The one's who played for a good year+ during the time when the game was at it's worst? The true supporters of the game? They get nothing, nothing at all.

I think it would be nice for those players whom do have original 1.0 characters that SE offer a second chance to make their account Legacy.

Ultimately it's my own fault I guess for not subscribing longer, though I can't help but feel left out considering I did drop some cash on this game (2x CE pre-orders) when it came out.

You do understand that legacy was giving in 2012. And beta/alpha was in 2010 which mean you did not sub at all because the game was F2P too sometime 2012. They never going to give people legacy its was a way to make sure they repay the players who did not quit and stay and also keep them around for a long time to come.

So sorry you miss out

I think you answered your own question right here, they warned everyone, you had a chance and passed on it. Sucks but that's life.
