Determination vs Spell Speed (WHM)

There's a few spreadsheets around that show that 10 SPS = 0.01 GCD/cast speed. I don't know how in the world your raise cast and cure3 cast differed though, perhaps look at it again.

Maybe it's 0.01%? That would make sense. Anyway you can do the same test as me to see that I'm right.
