Determination vs Spell Speed (WHM)

There was a noticable difference in my cast time, maybe only half a second but it was still faster which meant i could keep someone up better.

lol. I'm sure there was a noticable difference, but it was no-where near half a second. I'm all for spell speed, but it doesn't have that big of an effect - at least not with current gear.
