Oceanic Alliance Linkshell - For Smaller Oceanic FCs

The Skyhawks, along with the leaders of FLARE, RAGE and P2P, have formed a linkshell specifically to create communication between the smaller Oceanic Free Companies of the server, allowing us to share information and resources much as the larger guilds do, but without losing our sense of identity or individuality.

Don't get us wrong, there is nothing wrong with the bigger guilds, and we have nothing but the utmost respect for guilds such as SYN (major props on the all server firsts), YAKI, MIRAI, AUS, Eikon and all the rest.

But what we are after are the Free Companies with 30 or less members, and more specifically, any small guild that finds they have lull periods during the middle of the day or over the weekend, whenever, and could use an extra pool from which to PUG from within the server.
