WHM looking for a FC

Looking for FC that will be doing 3-4 raids a week. I've been playing a healer class since Vanilla WoW up until Heroic Cata. Also, I have plenty of experience playing tank at end game, as well as melee and ranged dps. That being said, I have a good understanding of each role someone will be playing in a raid.

I am a team player. I never expect to one shot an encounter for the first time, and know that it could take time and understanding of the mechanics to sort through certain bosses.

PvP is where the real talent lies at though! Very excited about Arena in 2.1, so joining an FC that has a high level of PvP talent or at least an understanding to the Arena system would be a plus. My experience in Arena in WoW was played in 2's and 3's as a Frost Mage, as well as 2's and 3's as a Resto Druid. (Frost Mage was at 2k in 3's, Resto Druid 2100 in 3's.
