    Bug in "Influencing Inquisitors"

    I have a bug in a "Influencing Inquisitors" main quest Lv. 40.
    Practically the character to whom I speak is not marked with the usual sign of the Main quest .... watching videos on Youtube of this mission, I realized that I should just talk without having the necessary requirements ... every time I try to talk to talk to me like if it were a normal NPG instead of the Main Quest ... the Character in question is "Joellaunt" L 'NPG who is sitting on a chair in a fortress "Coerthas Central Highlands" in "Whiteebrim Front" ... I hope you are unable to solve as soon as possible this BUG ... Sorry for my english haha.
