Charge for raises? really? good thing you aren't on my server or you would enter in my BL faster than Kardashian changes her husbands.Check the Market to see what sells well from your DoL/H class. Not the best way to make money, but if you see what is in demand and you can provide, youll make something of it. The higher your class, the rarer the items and thus the more they sell!
Also, if you have a conjurer. Try to get paid for raises in the open field. Just a few gill, but everything makes a difference!
I only have Blm50Since the release of the game i was able to make, no effort, 1mill gil. Last week someone hacked my account and stole all my gil and many items, gear etc... I was about to quit but i continued.
Since then, in just 1 week, 350k gil. How? Crafting, selling in market, and mining crystals (goldsmith50 and miner45)
I won't tell you.
Converting level 49-50 jewelry - NQ gives you 5x level III materia which sell from 8-20K each.
Cost - 10K (5 NQ jewlery pieces)
Makes - 50K minimum
Sell Tomb Materials - You can use tombs to buy potash and other high end materials and they sell for 30K+ each and cost 125 tombs I believe.
I mine shards while waiting for DF this brings in about 5k-7k an hour. once you hit a level where you can get crystals instead of shards that can net about 10k an hour. Spirit bonding gear is by far the best way that I have found two dungeon runs with ilvl 55 gear and 49 accessories can net you massive amounts of gil, but it can be a gamble sometime the ilvl55 stuff turns into level3 junk and you lose money. I level 49 accessories are so cheap you almost always make money regardless of what materia they turn into (excluding elemental resistance materia). Farming mats on DoW/DoM works too; hippogryph skins and eft tail sell well and you can spiritbond while doing this.
