I just commented in another post but I am unsure it's even the ping. I do 85ms from UK to Ragnarok and Titan plumes are still not right. I'm tanking so yes, I know cast bar vs animation is off but the only way I see anyone avoid them is pre-empting the move and start running before the cast bar even pops. Is this how it was supposed to be?
