How do ppl do it?

I personally don't run CM, it's full of jerks who yell to everyone they don't like... Never gonna get in there again.
I usually run Prae with 1 heal 1 tank groups, in a good group you can do it in a bit less than 20 mins, and for Myth I run AK.
But, I'm on PS3 so it's hard to get runs done, everyone leaves or parties don't wait for me and start battles without me...
Well, I've been lv50 for a lot of time now, I saw players come to Mor Dhona with AF gear and get their full DL/Relic/AF2 gear before me...
I'm still stuck with my 1000 tomestones and 2 DL pieces ç___ç

my issue is the waiting. waiting ages for an instance, and then people leaving or missing the pop and getting put back to the end of the queue. Waiting like 40/60min just to get in and having to be alert for it popping in the background. FC does instances but not all the time. I could level another job while waiting but I want to progress my main character I do not have the time or interest in levelling multiples. As for crafting I am burnt out for the time being. not actually being able to get into an isntance to play is disappointing. I am regretting the $ i forked out for this game when all i do is log in and maybe not even get to play even after almost 2 hours.
