How do people run these places 60+ times to get geared up without going insane?

It would be nice to get some variety. Also CM should not be the prime farming spot once you are capped. It's 8 man story place which is extremely annoying to run multiple times.
I usually wait for most the ls to get on so it's a breeze. When all else fails? Beer.
