    Missing Preorder and collectors edition items

    I made a new toon tonight and didn't receive any of the in game items in the mail. I tried searching for this issue and didn't see a thread for it.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
