If your having latency issues try battleping. I've beaten this many times as a non-FATE grinder. Just have to learn his little rotation and stay out of the bad

There's also Wtfast which i prefer personally. My latency dropped from around 300 to 120 of less. The first month is free, give it a go.

Do i like to use latency service? No i don't. Does it make a difference in fast paced fights like Titan? Yes it does.
