FFXIV Boot Error Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019]

Hello FFXIV Technical Support and everyone,

I'm having problems downloading the game and I get this boot error every time.

I tried everything. Please help

i don't understand how it was working yesterday and now not, i just removed the tic in 'read only' & it works... see the link below u will understand more

You have to do it from an Administrative account, and the reason it's set to read-only is likely because the game was installed from an Administrative account. (Generally this happens because people have disabled UAC, under bad advice from other MMO games that would only run from administrative accounts.)

Applications installed under Vista, 7 and 8, automatically write-protect the Program Files/Program Files (x86) directories and anything installed to them. It will keep your settings if you tell it to.

I'm running it from an administrative account, I just reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows 7 again and since this change I can not boot up FFXIV
